Get a 740i from France or Europe in general... For 5000€ you can get a very nice one with a manual transmission. Unless you are american of course, then, it's illegal to have one :)

I am Canadian so it's probably illegal here too. 25 years old older though and it's legal.

Nope it's fine for Canada, it was produced from 1996 until 2001, so most are over 15 year old... You can bring one back, no problem at all.
